Application

To apply for one of our trips please email Matt Parker at Coloradoparkers@gmail.com and request to apply.  He will email you the PDF documents you will need to fill out.  You can then print and mail in your application or simply copy and paste it into an email and reply to Coloradoparkers@gmail.com.  We will review and respond to your application within two weeks.  Thank you for applying with Destined Traveler, and if you have any questions please feel free to contact Matt Parker at (719)659-8134.

Although not required, we believe vaccinations are always a good idea.  Each applicant is responsible to research available vaccinations and assess the risks associated with vaccinations.  Please visit the Center for Disease Control for more information on appropriate vaccines for travel within and to Thailand.

Travel insurance is required for you to attend any of Destined Travelers trips.  There are multiple insurance agencies that provide travelers insurance and at a very low rate.  The below link is just one of these companies.
