Core Values

MISSION STATEMENT:  To provide for the disadvantaged people groups of Asia with care, programs, housing, resources and education that value the dignity and worth of each individual as a child of God, their families and the communities in which they live.

CORE VALUES:

1. PASSION.  We seek to develop, deepen, and nurture the passion to know, love and become like Jesus and desire that all programs operated by the Foundation will reflect this passion.

2.  TRANSFORMATION.  We believe that the gospel of Jesus and his Kingdom is transformational, effecting all areas of a person’s life, and that individuals and communities will act differently as they grow spiritually.

3.  SCRIPTURE.  We accept the truth and sufficient of the Scriptures for the whole of life and believe that Scripture is on of the primary ways that God communicates with His people.

4.  HOLY SPIRIT.  We seek to rely on the leading and empowering of the Holy Spirit in all that we do.

5.  COMMUNITY.  We seek to develop communities that provide inspiration, accountability, example, support, dialog, care and nurture, community is where live out who we are becoming.

6.  FAMILY.  We believe that families and relational networks are primary in spiritual development and emotional health.

7.  EVERY PERSON.  We believe in the dignity and value of each individual person as a child of God and that everyone is equal before God and God’s love and acceptance are for everyone.

8.  THE BODY OF CHRIST.  We believe that interdependent relationships in the Body of Christ are essential to advancing the gospel and we will seek to establish partnerships with other organizations and individual to advance the gospel, “two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work. ” (Eccl. 4:9)

9. PRAYER AND FAITH. We strive to develop expectant faith and persevering prayer based on truth that is revealed in Scirpture, God’s instruction and guidance and the testimony of what He has done in our lives.
