Church Groups

Destined Traveler would love to host your church group on a missions experience to Thailand!

We design trips based on the needs and desires of the church ministry. With a heavy emphasis on experiencing the culture, understanding the religion of Buddhism, and education about the realities of human trafficking and the affects of poverty, church teams will experience a mix of listening, engaging, and ministering. As with most of our trips, church teams will be predominately used to give education and raise awareness about trafficking and AIDS, attempting to help fight modern day slavery pre-emptively. It is important to understand, too, that our trips are scheduled with a heavy emphasis on learning– about God and a broader worldview, about Asia, ourselves, and each other. Please take a moment to read over why our trips are not your normal missions trips here.

With our broad network of ministries, church groups could also be involved in other volunteer activities beyond trafficking awareness such as teaching English to college students, helping at Children’s Homes, or giving support to local ministries here on the ground in Northern Thailand.
